Do I need platform access?
No. In the managed program, our team operates the GetCited platform on your behalf. You receive briefings and deliverables. If you want hands-on access alongside our team, we can discuss a hybrid arrangement.
What does your team actually do each month?
Depends on your package. For Monitor: we run citation scans and deliver your weekly briefing. For Build: we produce content briefs, draft and publish pages, dispatch technical fixes, and verify citation lift. For Full Stack: all of the above, plus authority seeding and agent oversight.
How do I know it's working?
Every content piece and technical fix is tracked against your AI citation baseline using Wilson CI — a statistical method that gives a per-change verdict: did this move the needle or not? Your briefing includes this data every month.
What's the minimum commitment?
The AEO Diagnostic is a one-time engagement with no commitment after. Monthly retainers ask for a 3-month minimum on the Full Stack program. Other retainers can be discussed month-to-month.
Can I combine packages?
Yes. Many clients start with the AEO Diagnostic, then move into Monitor + Build together. Talk to us and we'll map out what fits.
