A prioritised list is not the work.
A playbook you can run is.
Every recurring AEO job exists as a runnable workflow across six categories — content, technical, authority and outreach, monitoring and knowledge, integrations, and studio. Launch one yourself, or let a signal launch it for you.
Diagnosis is commoditised. Execution is not.
Any competent model can now tell you your schema is thin and your FAQ blocks are missing. That analysis used to be the product. It is now close to free, which means the remaining value sits entirely in what happens after the finding.
A workflow is that step, made repeatable. It carries the client's brand context, knows which integration to write to, holds the outbound change for approval, and records the baseline so the outcome can be judged later. That is the part a report cannot do.
The catalogue, by category
Each workflow is one job, done the same way every time.
Content
Everything from a brief to a finished, gated, published asset.
Technical
The fixes that live in markup, headers and infrastructure.
Authority & outreach
Off-site work, drafted in your voice and held for approval.
Monitoring & knowledge
Baselines, share-of-voice moves, and the knowledge base engines retrieve from.
Integrations
Getting the connections in place and verified.
Studio
Video and multi-format production.
How a run works
On demand or agent-triggered — the approval boundary is the same either way.
Launch it yourself
Open the catalogue, pick the playbook, run it. Each workflow knows what data it needs and pulls it from the client workspace, so you are not re-entering context that the platform already holds.
Or let a finding launch it
A workflow can be triggered by an inbox item. A signal detector flags a problem, the finding arrives with the right playbook already attached, and running it is one action rather than a decision about which tool to open.
Approve at the gate
Multi-phase workflows show you their steps — generate, review, inject; or analyse, act, confirm — and stop for approval at the step that matters. Nothing that touches a live system runs unattended.
Outcome tracked back
A workflow that dispatches a change records what it changed. The citation baseline at dispatch time is what the later verdict is measured against, so a run is auditable months afterwards.
Why workflows matter more than dashboards
Four reasons teams end up using these daily.
The gap between knowing and doing
Most AEO tools end at a prioritised list. The list is the easy part. A workflow is the same knowledge with the execution attached, which is the difference between a report you file and work that ships.
Repeatability across clients
For an agency, the value is that the twelfth client gets the same playbook as the first. Quality stops depending on which person picked up the task.
Context loaded, not re-typed
Each run inherits the client's brand profile, positioning, channel guidelines and integration credentials. The workflow starts where a human would after twenty minutes of setup.
Agent-triggered when you want it
Playbooks can be wired to signals so routine maintenance runs without a human noticing the problem first — while still holding every outbound change for approval.
Common questions
How is a workflow different from a task?
A task tells you what is wrong. A workflow does something about it. Tasks land in the inbox; the workflow is the thing you launch from the task, with the context already loaded and the output already routed to a dispatch channel.
Do workflows run without me?
Only the analysis and drafting stages. Any step that publishes, posts, or modifies a live system stops for your approval first. Agent-triggered runs still respect that boundary.
Which workflows do I get on my plan?
A core set is available on Starter, with the full catalogue on higher tiers. The pricing page lists the current split per tier.
Can I see what a workflow did after the fact?
Yes. Runs are recorded with their inputs, their output, the dispatch that resulted, and the citation baseline taken at the time — which is what any later verdict is measured against.
Can agencies run one workflow across several clients?
Each run is scoped to one client workspace so brand context and credentials never cross over. Bulk operations exist within a client — for example bulk CMS fix — rather than across clients.
