Add AEO as a service line.
Or let us deliver it under your brand.
Your clients are already asking why they do not show up in ChatGPT. Run the answer yourself on the agency platform, or hand the delivery to us and keep the relationship and the margin.
Your clients will ask. The question is what you answer.
AEO is arriving in client conversations the way mobile did in 2013 — as a question the client raises, not one the agency pitches. The agencies that already have an answer take the budget; the ones that say "we're looking into it" watch it go to whoever answered first.
There are two credible ways to have an answer without a twelve-month build: operate the platform yourself across your roster, or put our team behind your brand. Both are below.
Option one
Run it yourself on the agency platform
A separate workspace per client, the full audit and fix stack on each, ten seats for your team.
Every agency tier includes
Option two
White-label done-for-you — from $5,000/mo
We deliver. You keep the client, the branding and the margin.
You keep the relationship
We never contact your client. Everything ships to you, on your timeline, for you to pass on under your own brand. We stay invisible.
We do the delivery
Audits, fix queue, content production, schema, off-site authority seeding — the same work our own retainer clients get, run by the same team against your client's workspace.
You review before anything ships
Nothing publishes to a client property without your approval. You stay the editorial gate; we stay the production line.
You get the proof to forward
Per-client citation baselines and post-change verdicts, written up so you can lift them straight into a QBR deck of your own.
Why agencies end up here
Four reasons that come up in nearly every conversation.
The twelfth client gets what the first got
Every recurring job is a runnable playbook, so delivery quality stops depending on which junior picked up the ticket that week.
AEO without hiring for it
Adding AEO usually means hiring someone who understands schema, entity graphs and retrieval. The platform is the alternative to that hire — or we are.
A margin line, not a cost line
At $1,499 for five clients, the platform is roughly $300 per client per month against what agencies typically bill for an AEO retainer.
Proof your client cannot argue with
Baseline before, re-measure after, confidence interval on the difference. Renewal conversations get easier when the number is not a matter of opinion.
Common questions
How is the agency platform different from Pro?
Pro is a single brand. The agency tiers add a separate workspace per client with isolated brand context and credentials, ten seats with per-client access control, and roster-level commercial terms. Per-client capabilities are broadly Pro-level.
Is it genuinely white-label?
The service is: we never contact your client, and every deliverable comes to you to pass on as your own work. To be precise about the platform though — automated in-product reports are not yet brand-customisable, so on the self-serve tiers you present the numbers yourself. That is roadmap, not shipped.
Can I mix the two?
Yes, and most agencies do. Run the platform yourself for accounts where you have the bandwidth, and hand us the ones you do not. Same workspaces either way.
What happens if I go over my client count?
We will talk to you about moving up a tier rather than cutting anything off mid-month. Client counts are commercial limits, not hard technical walls.
Do you work with my client directly?
Only if you ask us to. The default on white-label is that we are invisible — you are the agency of record and the only one your client hears from.
